Changes such as seat upgrades, seat switches, or add-ons must be requested at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure.

REFUND POLICY - A flat cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will be applied on all cancellations - As an alternative, you may choose full travel credit equal to 100% of your booking amount, valid for 6 months from the date of original purchase - Value fares are strictly non-changeable and non-refundable - Name changes are not permitted under any circumstances
